I am from Layton, Utah, where I lived for the first 17 years of my life. I graduated from Layton High School in 1998.

I served an LDS mission in Maracaibo Venezuela from May 2000 to April 2002. I loved everything that I learned and all of the people that I met.

I was married in July 2003 to Sarah Shefchik. We were sealed in the Mount Timpanogos Temple. We enjoy being parents to one daughter, Audrey, who was born in July 2005, and one son Nathan, who was born in January 2008.

I graduated from Brigham Young University's Broadcast Journalism program in June 2003. I worked at ABC4 as a newscast producer for 5 years, and now I do web programming for a printing company in Orem, Utah called Rocky Mountain Printing.

I built this web site by hand in PHP and MySQL (with some generous network support from my brother-in-law Jordan Curzon). All of the HTML and CSS are valid, and so are the RSS feeds for my pictures and my blog.
